Friends, some weeks are just healthier than others.
This was not one of those weeks.
Here are the two healthiest things that I did this week:
- At In-N-Out, I ordered my cheeseburger protein style. No bun for me, baby!
- We bought an Apple TV, on which I can stream my Fit2B videos.
Not a total win, by any means. This week, I’m planning on diving into Trim Healthy Mama a little more, and compiling some easy recipes. (There’s a great link up that goes on over at Stacy Makes Cents every Tuesday!) Also, I’d like to actually do some work out videos.
(In my defense, Emily pressed something on the Apple TV remote which rendered it useless for two days, until my brother fixed it. I’m SURE, had that not happened, I would have worked out much more often. Ahem.)
